Building on the popular and renowned Mercadito flagship concept, the group is poised for continued success introducing their signature concept to a new market at the highly acclaimed Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa.

In summer 2014, the group will introduce Mercadito Red Rock, heating up the dining options at the resort, which is located on 70 acres close to the majestic Red Rock mountains in Summerlin, approximately 10 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip.
